GROUP CLASS Offered in July and August 2023
We are continuing our four session continuity classes to be held on Tuesday and Thursday 7:30 -9:30pm. Classes will be taught by our long-time instructors Mark Moy and Laura LeKander. Please see the new schedule posted on the home page.

COVID19
Masking at Hancock Recreation Center is now optional. The prior check-in procedures (temperature checks, signing in at the front door, answering three health questions) are no longer required.
Four Consecutive Two hour sessions are $60 for members and $80 for non-members. We accept Cash Check or Credit Card. If you would like to become a member you may join ABD before the beginning of class, or use the PayPal link on the Membership Page.
